Before joining WMATA, Kim was most recently the Recruiting/Workforce Development Program Manager at Fannie Mae Inc. She brings to the organization over 10 years of strategic staffing,recruiting, program management and workforce development experience in the private and federal government contracting sectors. Kim brings to her role proven expertise in recruiting persons with disabilities and veterans, developing strategies and programs to develop adult learners and leads a support area of diversity and millennial recruitment as well as outreach and employment branding. She has proven success in applying methodologies and industry best practices to successfully implement effective talent acquisition initiatives and workforce development programs.

 Kim has leveraged her experience in the abovementioned areas and expertise in of OFCCP, ADA and EEO compliance to create, manage and develop the Metro Beyond Barriers (MBB) Integrated recruitment strategy. MBB was created to encourage and expand the recruitment of persons with disabilities within WMATA. She also co-manages the Summer College Internship Program.
