Justin Gerrard is the CMO and Co-Founder of Bae :: Before Anyone Else, a mobile app helping Black singles meet, chat and date. Bae is one of the fastest growing US consumer apps for people of color and registered as a top 50 lifestyle app in 20 African and Caribbean countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Jamaica and Tanzania.Prior to Bae, Justin worked in marketing and product management at Microsoft and American Express. He is an avid supporter of inclusion initiatives and co-founded the Young Mavens Society (YMS), an initiative to improve the pipeline of underrepresented minorities pursuing careers in entrepreneurship. Justin was named one of BET’s 29 people to watch for 2016, is a Harvard College graduate and an MBA candidate at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.
